Filling Prescriptions

When filling prescriptions, bring your HealthEZ ID card with you to ensure the pharmacy has current coverage information. Your pharmacy information is listed on the back of your medical ID card.

For more information regarding your services, coverage, drug interactions and education about specific drugs, please visit Prime Therapeutics’ member login page. Use the member number on your health plan ID card to register an account or login.
